We are sharing this special place with you, so please treat this house as you would your own. In this regard, please take note of the following:

• Sufficient linen, including both bath and beach towels, are provided for up to 12 guests.
• Cleaning during your stay, is upon request and may be at an additional cost.
• No more than a maximum of 12 people are allowed to stay overnight.
• Guests are permitted by prior agreement and within reason.
• No smoking allowed in the house, please be mindful of fire hazards and dispose of cigarette butts appropriately.
• Respect the privacy of neighbours – no raucous parties or loud music allowed.
• Children are welcome, but please be careful of certain potential dangers for younger ones (bunk beds, stair cases and balcony).
• Pets are permitted by prior arrangement and are subject to certain restrictions (pets are not allowed on any beds or furniture) – please inform us at booking time what pets you wish to bring with you.
